The prices seemed to stop just at the level of the payment ability wages in the economy. If they earn more they would pay more.
No one is building enough. And why should they build, contractors earn more, those who bought want prices to stay hi, people who took a loan want to know the value increases.
We should aim to have an apartment to a person or at least two rooms per person.
