Gardens, who is it for and why?

The family is growing and for the next ten years we dream of children running freely with a dog to keep them company, in such cases the convenience of a Garden is large. What this means in terms of price and additional costs? who cares we want it.

Home with a garden the wet dream of most Israelis. Costs of maintenance: finger law says that the cost is 1% for a year from the price we paid for the house at least.

So my advice to keep the new house and set aside a saving fund even if one year we saved money keep it for next years.
A private house is like the penthouse costs+the garden apartment costs combined.

Penthouse is more expensive then an apartment because of dangers of sun and strong rains hard weather.
And then we have the expenses of the garden apartments, that is spraying every few years, treatment of pests blocks, alarm and security systems, landscaping and maintenance of In addition to exterior and internal, replace anything dangerous, open gutters before winter.

All those things we don’t need to worry about in an apartment in the middle of a building.
less doors to close when we fly abroad.

Smart move of maintenance is keeping spare parts from The original building materials if we built this house, do as little damp walls keep accurate drawings of all systems and know what goes where,So that when the day with the problems comes we are ready and prepared to meet him.

If you know the kids leave the house or you do not need the space rooms then an apartment is of course much cheaper and even if you do not like the garden in a fancy tower you also have high maintenance, you pay the costs but you don’t need to do the actual work.

There are many arguments about what is batter living in an apartment or in a villa. Paradoxically private homes are normally built far from the city where the population is  poorer because their is a lot of space. There is no money to maintain them so they are deteriorating. If however you want to buy a Villa my advice is think about how you built it. Make a concentrated wet wall, put in the northeast master bedroom (in Israel the Northeast corner is the coolest), if there is a pool put her in the hot south or west were the sun can heat her easily.

Large windows to the north so they could always be open.

Children that have gardens come and go alone and feel great independence, learn about the environment and care about nature, working in the garden strengthens their sense of creativity and control.

Many entrances. My advice connect all windows and blinds to one button that closes all at once.
We want light but not too high in places that we could not get to move blinds easily or cleaned. Every thing should be practical not just look nice on the design.

No need for many large bathrooms, most Israelis tend to take a shower no more long baths, because of high water prices. But you should invest in the design of the bathrooms and kitchen it will boost the asset value and most people don’t give that enough attention.

Be careful not covered air conditioners up to the point were you can’t get to replace filters, floor heating brakes down turns bad and you can’t fix it, always think about accessibility and convenience rather than a treats that You will not know how to get fixed or you will have to rebuilt your hose just to fix them.
