Why Compromise?

You Always have to compromise on something, or the size or quality, or the amount of rooms, or on the landscape,

or the region, Or on the cost and price.

So when you have three children you can not compromise on the amount of rooms, preferably five, you can not find 4, then you better Stay in a rented place.

If you are a loner you can compromise on the quality of community life.

You can compromise on the number of services, you can compromise on the directions

I love Northern apartments, but can compromise if the apartment is excellent.
